Thank you for your visit on December 9, to personally attend to the concerns shared via letter to Carrier Corporation on November 13. I am pleased to report that since you visit, the system appears to be functioning well and no system faults have been reported on the new Evolution Control thermostats you installed. Needless to say, both Debra and I are cautiously optimistic that the replacement of the solenoid value had fixed the persistent system malfunctions on the upstairs Evolution heat pump. As pleased as we are, we previously experienced failures at each season change and thus are anxious for warmer weather to test the system fixes.

I appreciate your prompt follow up and decisive action. I also applaud Mr. Hovey for his continued phone follow up. Because of his personal involvement and follow up, this very unpleasant situation is quickly being replaced with positivity and optimism.
